EOC week 5: lawyers looking for fame

"I invite you to hate me. I hope you will, I hope the prosecutor hates me. If he didn't, I would be very, very upset.''
-Raymond A Brown

There are many different types of lawyers, there are the good ones, who always tell you the truth and don’t do the job just for the money but for the result. Then there are the bad guys, not so much bad guys as money grubbers, and these are the lawyers that feed you so much lies just to get all the money they can out of you. Such as “I feel your pain and we can work this out together, I know how tough you have it and just know I’m here for you” yeah all that are complete lies. All they really want is more money from you and your pain to buy an expensive house or just live the way movie stars live. Then there are lawyers that want to make a name for them selves. They go for certain types of clients, and don’t accept any thing else. I don’t see the bad thing in making a name for yourself, but if you’re a lawyer and you only go for the “big money clients” other people are going to portray you as some greedy tight wad who doesn’t care about anything else but the nice check that’s getting written to you. The lawyers who make a name for them selves in a good way are more appreciated and loved by the people, especially the ones who don’t have thousands to blow. Those kinds of lawyers, in my opinion, know how it is first hand to struggle with a lawsuit and can’t afford a good lawyer. Those are the kind of lawyers you can trust your life with.

“Sometimes the desire to be famous, to feed ones ego, can get the better of you. And if you are a lawyer, that may hurt you.”
 -Dave Lorenzo.

week 3 Jeopardy EOC

The game of jeopardy can be used in many different ways. It can be used to teach people, challenge people, make people rich in some cases. But in our case we used it to quiz us, which was actually very helpful. Not only does it make you think fast and make you want to win but it helps you build a good memory, or at least it helped me.
This game challenges you in so many ways and at first people may not like the fact that it actually makes us use our brain but in the end just think about how much you’ve learned. It’s a really fun way to gain some knowledge.

Week 1 EOC-About me

Photography, it’s what I love and it’s what I’m dedicating my life too. I've loved photography since I was a child, and it’s something that’s stuck with me. In a way, photography is like my wings; it lets me be free and lets me be me without judgment. Looking through the lens of a camera is more than just capturing the moment in time, its letting people see the emotion behind it, it’s simply a puzzle.. I want to learn the way people use their lights to make a simple emotion seem like the most disastrous thing, I want to go into the detail of making a photo the most glamorous thing you’ve ever laid eyes upon. Traveling is also a reason why I made photography my major; I’ve always loved the simplicity of it. Just getting on a plane with your camera and your mind and exploring the world, seeing things that people would only dream of one day seeing. I was raised to believe that everything has a beautiful side, no matter how terribly abused it has been, if you look deep enough you can find it. That’s what I want to do, I want to find the beauty in things, make people realize that everything is beautiful in their own way. If I can’t do that then ill build the beauty, I’ll make my own picture, show everyone what I think true beauty really is. Of course we all have different views on beauty; I just chose to share mine. The feeling photography gives me is so unexplainable, but all in all it’s pure happiness. Happiness that I believe everyone should experience.
